Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Warsan” refers to Warsan, the company providing fabrication and printing services in Dubai.

“Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging in Warsan’s fabrication and printing services.

“Work” pertains to the fabrication and printing services offered by Warsan.

“Order” signifies the mutually agreed-upon arrangement between Warsan and the Customer for the provision of Work.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By initiating an Order with Warsan, the Customer hereby acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions.

3. Pricing

The prices for the Work shall be as specified and agreed upon in the Order.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment for the Work must be made before the commencement of any services.

5. Delivery

The Work will be delivered to the Customer within the mutually agreed-upon timeframe.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation of an Order is permitted before the initiation of Work; however, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total Work price shall be levied.

7. Warranty

Warsan guarantees that the Work will be devoid of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date.

8. Liability

Except for damages arising from Warsan’s negligence, Warsan shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the Work.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern these terms and conditions.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between Warsan and the Customer, superseding any prior agreements or understandings between the parties.

11. Severability

In case any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and communications under these terms and conditions shall be in writing. They will be considered duly given when personally delivered, or upon the first business day after deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Headings

The headings within these terms and conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original. Together, they constitute the same instrument.
